NOUSHIN FARROKHNIA INTERPRETS EILEEN TABIOS' POEMS

Marsh Hawk Press is pleased to present the visual art work of Noushin Farrokhnia, one of the students in Professor Leny M. Strobel's Ethnic Literature Class at Sonoma State University this past semester. Eileen Tabios' Reproductions of the Empty Flagpole was used as one of the course's texts and students were asked to offer responses to poems within Eileen's book. Each visual image is followed by the title of Eileen's poem:
